Enrollment Policy
TWO WEEK DEPOSIT
is required at the time of student's registration. This deposit will cover your child's LAST TWO WEEKS of classes at allARTstudio. If you withdraw your child without giving allARTstudio at least two weeks in advance, you will forfeit your two week deposit.
Two Weeks written "notice of withdrawal / cancellation" - Upon registration, your child's space will be reserved until we receive a WRITTEN "notice of withdrawal/cancellation" via email to allartstudio@gmail.com. Parents/Students who do not give proper notification will be responsible for the next two weeks tuition.
Notification of Missed Classes - Studio must receive 24-hour notification prier to missing a class for a make-up to be GRANTED. If the studio is not notified about the students' absence before the scheduled class, then parent is responsible for payment of that missed class.
Tuition WILL NOT BE PRO-RATED OR REFUNDED for missed classes.
Missed classes cannot be deducted from tuition or pro-rated for the next month's tuition. There will be no refunds for missed classes.
Make-up class could be taken within (4) four weeks before or after missed class. Make-up class can be made once per each 4-week session.
If the instructor is unable to attend the class, it will be rescheduled within one month and students will be notified.
Tuition is due by the FIRST LESSON of each month. New students are eligible for pro-rated monthly fees. There will be LATE FEE of $25 charged for paying AFTER 15th of the month.
Parent notification - if a child displays any symptoms of illness, an allARTstudio staff WILL NOTIFY a parent immediately. If a parent is NOT ABLE to have him/her pick-up within 30 min. after being contacted, a $20 per hour fee will be charged (pro-rated proportionally) for the time the child remains at allARTstudio.
allARTstudio reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any one when deemed appropriate by any member of the staff. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Students who do not comply will not be allowed to continue classes and any remaining tuition will be forfeited.
